Jennifer is a Pensacola native who brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to real estate shaped by experience in marketing, building, and design. Real estate is viewed as more than buying and selling property. It is about understanding how people live, build, and invest, and using that insight to guide confident decisions with long-term value in mind.
With a background in marketing and hands-on experience designing, building, remodeling, and selling personal homes and investment properties, Jennifer evaluates real estate beyond surface-level appeal. Attention is given to layout, materials, functionality, durability, and resale potential, allowing clients to understand not only what a property is today, but what it can become. This practical yet creative perspective helps protect both lifestyle and investment.
Before returning to Pensacola and joining Levin Rinke Realty, Jennifer worked in marketing for WorldCom, a Fortune 500 company, and later practiced real estate in Mississippi. That combination of marketing expertise and real-world building experience supports strategic pricing, effective property positioning, and confident negotiation. Clients benefit from clear communication, strong market insight, and an ability to anticipate buyer concerns before they become obstacles.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Communications from the University of West Florida and is a graduate of Tate High School. Professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors and the Pensacola Association of Realtors.
Known for knowledge, eagerness, and a collaborative approach, Jennifer is committed to guiding clients through major real estate decisions with clarity and purpose. Outside of real estate, interests include tennis, pickleball, weight training, and spending time watching a daughter compete as a professional beach volleyball player.
